NEW JOB POSITION!!

Ben and I learned last week that he will now have a new title to his name at William Carey University. He is now the Head Coach for Men and Women's Cross Country! He will still be the Assistant Coach for baseball under Head Coach Bobby Halford.

Engagement Party

On February 27 at 7:00 p.m., Ben and I celebrated with local family and friends our engagement at my parent’s home in Florence. I was able to introduce Ben to some family he had never met. Family is very important to Ben and me. When we first started dating, we discussed how they were there for you when no one else is.

Luck of the Irish

I enjoyed a nice weekend visiting Brooks in Jackson. We went to the annual St. Patrick's Day parade and caught a lot of beads! I am going to post a few pictures.

New Years!

Happy 2010 to all!! This year has been VERY busy thus far. I like it like that. Always something to do. The wedding planning is going real smooth. The End of 2009

It seems like every year Christmas comes and goes in a hurry. So just like every Christmas before, why not change. We had a blast at our family Christmas because we had everyone present (besides Brooks Pettit). Ben and I were able to get a taste of what Christmas will be like together in the years to come. EXCITING! This year has been amazing—great health, wonderful job, first time homeowner!, & our ENGAGEMENT!!!! I'm excited to see what 2010 has in store for me...us. :)

Let It Snow.....in Mississippi!!

Well, Mississippi got its first snow this season. We (the dogs and me) had so much fun playing in it Saturday. Ben hunted all day Saturday so I only have two pictures of him and it is Friday night. I love seeing the snow come, but love to see it go because of the danger that comes with it—ice! :)

Perry Got Hitched!

Perry and Garon's wedding went great! All the Perry's were down and I was able to catch up on the latest greatest from all of them. Perry must have felt very special because some came all from the way from LA and D.C. Nothing but the best goes out to those two love birds.
